About the wine
A white wine from the Douro region, designed to express the typical fruit and elegance of the area.
🍇 Region : Douro
👨🔬 Winemaker : Rui Madeira
🌱 Grape Varieties : Códega do Larinho, Viosinho, Rabigato
🛠️ Winemaking : Hand-picked grapes, cold fermentation (~16 ºC) and part of the batch fermented/aged in used barrels with bâtonnage; final batch with stainless steel wine.
⏳ Stage : Contact with fine lees with bâtonnage for greater texture and complexity.
🧪 Analysis :
- Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
👃 Organoleptic Test :
- Color: Citrine.
- Aroma: Notes of citrus and exotic fruits with a mineral character.
- Palate: Good structure and freshness, long and flavorful finish.
