Description
Dão Deep and seductive red, created by Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges on the granite slopes of Serra da Estrela.
🍇 Region: Dão, Serra da Estrela.
👨 🔬 Enologists: Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges.
🌱 Castes: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Baga.
🌿 Vineyards: Seia vineyards, in granite soils and marked altitude.
🛠️ Vinification: Fermentation in vats and stainless steel vats.
⏳ Stage: 12 months in oak barrels, with a small percentage of new barrel.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 14%
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Violet color without being opaque.
- Intense, complex aroma, with character and delicacy.
