MOB Alfrocheiro 2021 is a delicate and expressive red wine that reflects all the elegance of Dão , produced by three of the most respected Portuguese winemakers: Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges . The Alfrocheiro grape variety, planted at an altitude of 550 meters at the foot of the Serra da Estrela , produces a wine with an open color, floral nose and vibrant freshness.
Fermented with 50% stalks in stainless steel , with little extraction and at low temperatures, it aged for 12 months in used 500L barrels , resulting in a wine with character, precision and an almost intellectual elegance.
