They give red from Moreira, Olazabal & Borges, which seeks to recover the classic elegance and freshness of the region with a modern approach.
🍇 Region: Dão Doc, Serra da Estrela sub-region.
🌱 Castes: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Jaen.
🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards in Gouveia and Seia, at the foot of the Serra da Estrela, at about 550 meters of altitude, on granite soils.
🛠️ Vinification: Vinification in stainless steel vats, with smooth extractions.
⏳ Stage: 12 months in used oak barrels of 225 liters.
