🛠️ Winemaking: Crushing with partial destemming, gentle pressing, clarification by decantation, fermentation at 16-18ºC. Aged in stainless steel.

👃 Organoleptic Tasting Notes: Light pink, clear, intense aromas of cherry and blackcurrant; fresh and structured on the palate.
