Herdade de Gâmbia is a family-owned company on the Setúbal Peninsula, located approximately 9 km from Setúbal, on a property of about 600 hectares integrated into the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve.

🌱 Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional and Syrah
🛠️ Winemaking: Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by 5 days of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 23 ºC.
⏳ Aged: 9 months in oak barrels.
