Herdade de Gâmbia is a family-owned company on the Setúbal Peninsula, located approximately 9 km from Setúbal, on a property of about 600 hectares integrated into the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve.

🛠️ Winemaking: Destemming followed by cold skin contact for 8 hours. The must ferments at 14ºC for 20 days.
