Herdade de Gâmbia is a family-owned company on the Setúbal Peninsula, located approximately 9 km from Setúbal, on a property of about 600 hectares integrated into the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve.

🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Aragonez

🛠️ Winemaking: Pre-fermentation cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by fermentation for 5 days at a controlled temperature of 23 ºC.
