Description

Philosophy: Expressing the purity of the grapes through irreverent winemaking techniques.

Origin: Grapes from old vines, aged over 60 years, from Baixo Corgo in the Douro.

Vinification: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with destemming and partial crushing, completing with whole bunches, followed by a cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature in order to obtain an elegant and smooth wine, without too much extraction.

Stage: Stainless steel and bottle.

Open ruby color. Dazzling aroma, notorious nuances of red plum and wild fruits where the freshness of the fruit seduces. On the palate, the balance prevails combining the fruit flavor with a crunchy acidity. Long and pleasant finish.
