🌱 Grape varieties: Rabigato, Gouveio, Viosinho
🛠️ Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel and in 500 L barrels with temperature control.
⏳ Aging: 10 months in 500 L barrels with regular bâtonnage.
🌿 Vineyards: Located at an average altitude of 400 m, with a large temperature range, providing natural freshness. Production limited to 1293 bottles.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 13.7% vol.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Bright citrus yellow.
- Aroma: Notes of brioche, dried fruit, peach, and citrus fruits.
- Palate: Creamy, vibrant acidity, long and elegant finish.
⏳ Potential for Development: 6–8 years.
🍽️ Service: Excellent with grilled fish, seafood, baked cod, and soft cheeses; serve at 10–12 °C.
