Pacheca Grande Reserva Douro Branco is a classy white wine that combines freshness, texture, and the complexity of oak aging.

🍇 Region: Douro, Portugal

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Maria de Serpa Pimentel

🌱 Grapes: Arinto (40%), Viosinho (35%), Gouveio (25%).

🛠️ Winemaking: Whole grape pressing with the use of free-run juice. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and finishes in 5000 L vats and 500 L barrels (new and used).

⏳ Aging: 5000 L vats and 500 L barrels on fine lees for one year, with periodic bâtonnage.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Citrine yellow with greenish hues.
