Pacheca Lagar No1 Reserva Especial Douro Tinto is a blend of Touriga Francesa and Touriga Nacional, vinified in stainless steel and aged in large barrels, combining freshness and structure.
🍇 Region: Douro, Portugal
👨🔬 Winemaker: Maria de Serpa Pimentel
🌱 Grapes: Touriga Francesa (50%), Touriga Nacional (50%).
🛠️ Winemaking: Crushing and destemming; fermentation in stainless steel vats at 25ºC with pump-overs; co-inoculation of FA and FML; post-fermentation maceration for 3 weeks.
⏳ Aged: 18 months in 7000 L French oak barrels.
