Produced at Casal Sta. Maria in Lisbon, this wine expresses the strong Atlantic influence of the estate and the very distinctive profile of seaside vineyards. In this Magnum version, it gains even more presence at the table and aptitude for aging.

🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Pinot Noir and Syrah

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, transported to a cold storage chamber, sorted on a conveyor belt, lightly crushed using a centrifugal method, cold pressed, and partially fermented in barrels and stainless steel tanks.

⏳ Stage: Aging on fine lees for approximately 6 months with bâtonnage.

🌿 Vineyards: Plots of Casal Sta. Maria dedicated to rosé, in a maritime environment with great freshness.
