Description
Red Doc of the Tagus with structure, elegance and internship in barrels, produced from Portuguese grape varieties of intense expression.
🍇 Region: Doc of the Tagus.
🌱 Castes: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and Alfrocheiro.
🛠️ Vinification: Grapes harvested manually and selected in the vineyard; winemaking in lagares at 26/27 ºC.
⏳ Stage: About 12 months in used barrels of French oak.
