Red Tagus red wine with a balanced, fresh and direct profile, with ripe red fruit and silky tannins.
🍇 Region: IGP Tagus.
🌱 Castes: Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira and Alfrocheiro.
🛠️ Vinification: total destemming; Fermentation of 5 to 7 days in stainless steel vats at 24 ºC for gentle extraction.
⏳ Stage: Part of the lot interns a few months in French oak wood.
🌿 Vineyards: Mediterranean climate, Franco-Sandy soil, came at about 15 years.
🧪 Analysis:
