Tinto Doc varietal of the Tagus, produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and prolonged stage in French oak.
🍇 Region: Doc of the Tagus.
🌱 Castes: Cabernet Sauvignon.
🌿 Vineyards: Mediterranean climate, sandy-sandy soil and came with about 35 years.
🛠️ Vinification: Manual harvesting, total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel at 28ºC and skin maceration with daily délestage for 2 weeks.
⏳ Stage: 16 months in French oak barrels.
