Red Doc varietal of the Tagus with merlot, with a fresh profile, spicy and silky tannins.
🍇 Region: Doc of the Tagus.
🌱 Castes: Merlot.
🌿 Vineyards: Mediterranean climate, sandy-sandy soil and came with about 30 years.
🛠️ Vinification: Manual harvesting, total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration of 48 hours and fermentation in stainless steel at 23 ºC.
