Description

Bodegas Tradición, in Jerez de la Frontera, is dedicated to very aged Jerez wines and limited-production cognacs, with carefully selected batches and bottling.

🍇 Region: Spain, Andalusia, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

🌱 Grapes / Base: Pedro Ximénez.

🛠️ Winemaking: Pedro Ximénez grapes concentrated in the sun and vinified to preserve natural richness, dense texture and deep sweetness.

⏳ Stage: Oxidative aging in antique American oak boots, using the solera system.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

  • Ebony color with iodine reflections. Intense aroma of molasses, figs, raisins, coffee, cocoa, and dates. Sweet, unctuous, and very persistent on the palate, with a freshness that balances the concentration.

🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve at 10°C-12°C with vanilla ice cream, chocolate, dried fruit tarts, strong cheeses, or as a meditation wine.
