Description

Bodegas Tradición, in Jerez de la Frontera, is dedicated to very aged Jerez wines and limited-production cognacs, with carefully selected batches and bottling.

🍇 Region: Spain, Andalusia, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

🌱 Grapes / Base: Pedro Ximénez.

🛠️ Winemaking: A selection of highly concentrated Pedro Ximénez, crafted for maximum expression of sweetness, depth, and complexity.

⏳ Stage: Very long aging process in American oak casks, using the criaderas and solera systems.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

  • Almost black in color, very dense. Luxurious aroma of raisins, figs, dried plums, coffee, licorice, dark caramel, and spices. Broad, silky, intensely sweet, and endless on the palate.

🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve at 10-12°C with dark chocolate, rich desserts, blue cheeses, or simply for contemplative enjoyment.
