Description
Bodegas Tradición, in Jerez de la Frontera, is dedicated to very aged Jerez wines and limited-production cognacs, with carefully selected batches and bottling.
🍇 Region: Spain, Andalusia, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.
🌱 Grapes / Base: Palomino Fino.
🛠️ Winemaking: Dry fortified wine, fortified and created without flor, with oxidative aging that develops potency and structure.
⏳ Aging: Long maturation in American oak casks using the traditional Jerez system.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Dark amber color with coppery reflections. Deep aroma of nuts, hazelnut, fine wood, tobacco, spices, and citrus peel. Dry, intense, structured, warm, and very persistent on the palate.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve at 12°C-14°C with cured meats, mushrooms, game, aged cheeses, or intensely flavored dishes.
