Founded in 2001 by Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges, Wine & Soul works with old Douro vines using a minimal intervention approach, seeking wines of great purity, concentration and elegance.

🌱 Grape Varieties: Field blend of over 30 native grape varieties from Rio Grande do Sul.

🛠️ Winemaking: Careful selection of grapes and foot treading in traditional granite lagares, followed by aging in Port wine casks.

⏳ Aging: Approximately 19 months in old port casks before bottling.

🌿 Vineyards: A very old Douro vineyard, approximately 85 years old, with over 30 native grape varieties.

👃 Organoleptic Tasting Notes: Beautiful purple color, with fresh and intense notes of black cherry, cassis, and dark chocolate; concentrated, fresh palate with intense tannins.
