Vinha Paz Reserva Encruzado 2022 is an exceptional white wine from the Dão region, made exclusively from the noble Encruzado grape variety, from vines up to 40 years old, located in the granite soils of Silgueiros , in Viseu.

Slowly fermented in stainless steel with fine lees and aged for about a year in 500L French oak barrels, this wine reveals all the complexity and elegance expected of a true white wine for ageing.

With a bright lemon yellow color , it stands out for its exquisite aromas of lime blossom, verbena, orange blossom and white fruit . On the palate, it surprises with its vibrant acidity , mineral expressiveness and long, harmonious finish — an absolute reference for Encruzado lovers.

Ideal to accompany grilled fish dishes, sophisticated seafood, risottos or soft cured cheeses.
