Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional and Sousão , this wine is the result of a meticulous selection of vineyards that only reveal their true greatness in extraordinary harvests. Fermented in a traditional wine press and aged for 20 months in French oak barrels , followed by a period of 5 years in the bottle , ensuring rare evolution, depth and elegance .

With a very limited production of just 1900 bottles , Vinha Ímpar is ideal for those looking for ageable, intense wines full of character — a true collector's wine .
