Produced by Ribafreixo Wines in Herdade do Moinho Branco, in Vidigueira, a terroir marked by shale soils, hot days and cooler nights influenced by the Mendro mountain range.

🌱 Castes: Antão Vaz 60%, Arinto 20%, Verdelho 10% and Alvarinho 10%
🛠️ Vinification: Manual selection, pneumatic pressing and fermentation in stainless steel with fine lees at controlled temperature.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards of Herdade do Moinho Branco, in Vidigueira, in a 114-hectare property with a predominance of schist soils and marked thermal amplitude.
