Produced by Ribafreixo Wines in Herdade do Moinho Branco, in Vidigueira, a terroir marked by shale soils, hot days and cooler nights influenced by the Mendro mountain range.

🌱 Castes: 100% Antao Vaz
🛠️ Vinification: Fermentation in French oak barrels at controlled temperature.
⏳ Stage: 6 months in French oak barrels with bâtonnage and another 6 months in bottle.
🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards of Herdade do Moinho Branco, in Vidigueira, in a 114-hectare property with a predominance of schist soils and marked thermal amplitude.
