🌱 Castes: Encruzado.

🛠️ Winemaking: After skin contact and pressing, the cleared must ferments in French oak barrels.

⏳ Aging: 4 months in barrels, with bâtonnage.

🌿 Vineyards: Dão vineyards with a granitic base, which are key to the mineral tension and elegance of the wine.

Alcohol content: 13%

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Bright citrine yellow.
- Aroma: citrus and tropical notes, with pineapple as the main ingredient, enveloped by minerality and a light toasty note.
- Palate: fresh, full-bodied, mineral and elegant, with a long and very harmonious finish.
