👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Nuno Cancela de Abreu.

🌱 Grape varieties: Encruzado and Arinto.

🛠️ Winemaking: Pre-fermentation skin contact, followed by pressing and fermentation of the clean must at low temperature.

⏳ Internship: Approximately 2 months in Cuba, with bâtonnage.

🌿 Vineyards: Granitic soils and the influence of altitude help preserve the freshness and minerality typical of the Dão region.
