⏳ Aging: 12 months in barrels.

🌿 Vineyards: Caatinga vegetation, in a vineyard surrounded by eucalyptus trees.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Color: Intense ruby.
• Aroma: Fresh menthol from the terroir enveloped by spices, dark fruit, and a note of wildflowers typical of the grape variety.
• Palate: Subtle and silky, with round and intense tannins, notable acidity and a pleasant finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Good storage capacity and evolution in the bottle.

🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 15 and 17ºC. Excellent with roast leg of pork, bull dishes, duck rice, and cod gratins.
