• Color: Deep purple.
• Aroma: Fine floral notes and black fruit, with a cedar base; in magnum format, nuances of chocolate and white pepper also appear.
• Palate: Seductive, fresh and structured, with balsamic character, fine tannins and a deep, persistent finish.

⏳ Potential for Development: High aptitude for guarding.

🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 16 and 18ºC. Excellent with roast kid, game dishes and spicy dishes.
