Description
White port wine produced with white grapes from the Douro Demarcated Region, with floral aromas and freshness of tropical fruits.
🍇 Region: Demarcated Region of Douro, Sabrosa and Murça (Cima Corgo)
👨🔬 Winemaker: André Pimentel Barbosa
🌱 varieties: Malvasia Fina, Codega, Rabigato and Viosinho
🛠️ winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation, interrupted by adding wine brandy.
⏳ stage: 3 years in wood, followed by the capacity of port wines from different harvests, stabilization by cold and filtration.
🌿 vines: vineyards from 10 to 20 years, in shale soils.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 19.10% vol.
- Residual sugar: 115.00 g/l
- Total acidity: 3.80 g/l
- pH: 3.52
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: roasted yellow
- Aroma: apricot, toasted almonds, field flowers, medicinal herb, pennyroyal and honey
- Mouth: enveloping, fresh and floral, with a prolonged finish
