Description
White port wine 10 years obtained by the capacity of selected wines of different harvests, aged in hull.
🍇 Region: Douro Demarcated Region, Ervedosa do Douro and Numão
👨🔬 Winemaker: André Pimentel Barbosa
🌱 varieties: Códega, Rabigato, Viosinho and Malvasia Fina
🛠️ winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation, interrupted by adding wine brandy.
⏳ stage: in oak casks for a period never less than 10 years, evolving by oxidation.
🌿 vines: Vineyards from 40 to 60 years old, in shale soils.
