Description
30-year-old Tawny Port Wine obtained from the stocking of selected wines from different harvests, aged in hull.
🍇 Region: Demarcated region of the Douro, Tabuaço, Ervedosa do Douro and Numão
👨🔬 Winemaker: André Pimentel Barbosa
🌱 varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Baroque Tinta and Red Dog
🛠️ winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation, interrupted by adding wine brandy.
⏳ stage: Careful capacity of superior quality Tawny Port wines, aged in hoofs with about 625 liters.
🌿 vines: Vineyards from 40 to 60 years in shale soils.

👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: brownish brown
- Aroma: intense and concentrated, with a touch of honey and nuts
- Mouth: concentrated and soft, balancing sweetness and acidity, with a long finish
🍽️ service: excellent digestive; Accompanies assorted cheeses, sweets, chocolates and nuts. Serve at 18ºC or slightly fresh.
