Tawny port wine produced in the Douro and aged in wooden bowls, with an evolution of color, aroma and taste.
🍇 Region: Demarcated Region of Douro, Sabrosa and Murça (Cima Corgo)
👨🔬 Winemaker: André Pimentel Barbosa
🌱 varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Baroque Tinta and Red Dog
🛠️ winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation with maceration, interrupted by adding wine brandy.
⏳ stage: 3 years in wood, followed by the capacity of port wines from several harvests.
🌿 vines: vineyards from 10 to 20 years, in shale soils.
