Description
Port wine reserves Tawny obtained by a careful capacity of aged wines in hull, selected from the best of several harvests.
🍇 Region: Demarcated region of the Douro, Tabuaço, Ervedosa and Numão
👨🔬 Winemaker: André Pimentel Barbosa
🌱 varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Baroque Tinta and Red Dog
🛠️ winemaking: Fermentation controlled with maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine brandy.
⏳ stage: Capacity of port wines selected from the best of each harvest, aged in oak hull.
🌿 vines: Vineyards from 20 to 40 years old, in shale soils.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 19.90% vol.
- Residual sugar: 111.00 g/l
- Total acidity: 4.5 g/l

👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: Blonde with brown tones
- Aroma: Nuances of nuts, smoke and vanilla
- Mouth: Soft, with a long and persistent finish
🍽️ service: Serve at 17ºC or slightly fresh. Accompanies cheeses, pastries, sweets, almonds and walnuts.
