Description
Port wine reserves Ruby obtained by the capacity of the best Ruby ports of each vintage, full-bodied, rich and intensely fruity.
🍇 Region: Demarcated region of the Douro, Tabuaço, Ervedosa and Numão
👨🔬 Winemaker: André Pimentel Barbosa
🌱 varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Baroque Tinta and Red Dog
🛠️ winemaking: Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine brandy.
⏳ stage: Careful stocking of fruity and full-bodied harbor wines from different harvests, with an average age of 4 to 6 years.
🌿 vines: Vineyards from 20 to 40 years old, in shale soils.

👃 Organoleptic test:
