Coroa D’Ouro Tinto is a Douro Doc with an accessible and gastronomic profile, produced by Poças from traditional paint grape varieties.
🍇 Region: douro
🌱 Castes: 30% Touriga Nacional, 30% Touriga Franca, 20% Tinta Roriz and 20% Baroque Tinta.
🛠️ Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature.
🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards with 20–25 years in schist soils, in the sub-regions of São João da Pesqueira (Cima Corgo) and Numão (Superior Douro).
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: Ruby.
- Aroma: Ripe red fruit, with emphasis on raspberry.
- Mouth: full-bodied, aromatic and elegant, with balanced acidity and fine tannins.
🍽️ Service: Accompanies light white meats, barbecue chicken, confit duck, pizza, lasagna, cannelloni and rabbit on the grill.
