👨🔬 Winemaker: Hugo Louro and Carla Rodrigues
🌱 Grapes: 60% Arinto, 40% Bical
🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming, light cold maceration on the skins, static settling, and alcoholic fermentation at 16º.
🌿 Vineyards: Located in the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountain ranges, at an altitude of approximately 50 meters. Older vines date back to 1972, with new plantings since 1999.
