Penetra is a small-production wine project from the Lisbon region, signed by Velvet Boutique Wines. This wine expresses an artisanal approach, focused on the identity of the variety, Atlantic freshness, and gastronomic elegance.
🍇 Region: Lisbon, Portugal.
👨🔬 Winemaker: Mauro Azóia.
🌱 Grape varieties: Arinto.
🛠️ Winemaking: Wine made from grapes grown in clay-limestone soils on slopes, fermented with indigenous yeasts and at a controlled temperature.
⏳ Aging: Aged in used French oak barrels, with bâtonnage, for approximately 7 months.
🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards in clay-limestone soils, influenced by the Atlantic climate of the Lisbon region.
