Produced in organic vineyards near the Montargil dam, this 100% Alentejo Chardonnay reveals the grape's most elegant and gastronomic side. With only 2,000 bottles produced , Monte da Raposinha Grande Reserva 2023 is a full-bodied white wine designed for sophisticated pairings.
Fermented and aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels, it features aromas of orange peel, baked apple, candied peach, and delicate buttery notes . On the palate, it stands out for its creamy volume, balanced acidity, and fresh, long finish .
