A limited edition that reveals the boldness of Montargil's terroir. Produced from certified organic vineyards , this 100% Arinto is part of the "Ensaio" line, where irreverent techniques are tested to create unique and expressive wines.
With spontaneous fermentation in French oak barrels and a 7-month aging period with bâtonnage, this white wine displays all the vibrant acidity typical of the variety , combined with an elegant creaminess . The nose features notes of citrus, green apple, minerality, and a subtle hint of smoke .
