With spontaneous fermentation in French oak barrels and a 7-month aging period with bâtonnage, this white wine displays all the vibrant acidity typical of the variety , combined with an elegant creaminess . The nose features notes of citrus, green apple, minerality, and a subtle hint of smoke .
