Description
Lacrau Rosé 2023 is a young, fresh and elegant wine, produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional , the queen grape variety of the Douro. Originating from vines aged 15 to 25 years old planted in schist soils with a clay-loam structure , this rosé reveals a light and fruity profile, with an excellent balance between freshness and body.
The winemaking process includes manual harvesting and selection of the grapes , followed by a short skin maceration and fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control , preserving the aromatic purity. The aging on fine lees with bâtonnage extends until January, giving creaminess and structure.

- Aroma: Ripe red fruits, with emphasis on strawberry and raspberry , in an expressive and youthful aromatic profile.
- Palate: Dry, light and balanced, with refreshing acidity , good mouth volume and a long, pleasant finish.
