Dry Baga rosé, mineral and complex, made with minimal intervention and great gastronomic potential.

🛠️ Winemaking: Skin maceration and direct pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and casks; aging in used casks for 6 months, with malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined.
⏳ Internship: Internship in used barrels (5–600 L) for 6 months.
🌿 Vineyards: Centuries-old vineyards in Jurassic limestone soils, on a mid-slope with eastern exposure and Atlantic influence.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 11% vol.
- Total acidity: 5.6 g/L
- Total sugar: < 1.5 g/L
- Contains sulfites: Yes
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Ethereal pale pink with orange undertones.
- Aroma: Citrus and white orchard flowers.
- Palate: Fresh, mineral and delicate, with a persistent and dry finish.
⏳ Potential for Growth: Best between the young and medium term.
🍽️ Serving: Serve at 12–14 ºC (not too cold) in a thin glass.
