A sparkling wine with a vinous character (macerated rosé), serious and very gastronomic, made to shine at the table.

🛠️ Winemaking: Rosé made with maceration (saignée): short contact with skins for greater aromatic expression. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging on fine lees in traditional casks, and malolactic fermentation. Not fined or filtered. Classic bottle aging method.
⏳ Aging: Extended aging in the bottle before disgorgement, for texture and complexity.
🌿 Vineyards: Plot of old vines on a limestone slope with exposure to the east and Atlantic influence.
