🌱 Grapes: Bical (80%) and Arinto (20%)
🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes. Whole-bunch pressing and spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; a small portion ferments in French oak barrels.
⏳ Stage: Stage on fine lees without bâtonnage; natural stabilization by the winter cold and blending in early spring.
🌿 Vineyards: Clay-limestone soils of Jurassic origin, with a strong Atlantic influence.
