Wine from the volcanic terroir of Pico Island, grown in vineyards near the sea and protected by basalt stone enclosures, which impart a very characteristic minerality and salinity.

🌱 Grape Varieties: Arinto dos Açores, Verdelho, Terrantez do Pico

🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes age individually in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control and low oxidation to preserve freshness.

⏳ Stage: 6 months on fine lees before the final batch.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards on Pico Island, in volcanic soils and under the direct influence of the Atlantic, with traditional protection provided by basalt walls (corrals).

🧪 Analysis:

• Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Yellowish-green color.
• Aroma of ripe citrus fruits and tropical fruit, with notes of seaweed and ocean breeze.
• Round mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, and a saline finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Good evolution in the bottle, maintaining tension and freshness.

🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 10–12ºC. Pairs well with fish, seafood, and Mediterranean dishes.
