🌱 Grapes: Viosinho (40%) Rabigato (30%) Gouveio (30%)

🛠️ Winemaking: Vinification of grape varieties separately. Total destemming, whole grape pressing, cold settling (10ºC) and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging on fine lees for greater complexity in stainless steel tanks with periodic batonnage; part of the batch aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Final aging in bottle for a period of 6 months.

Alcohol content by volume: 14% vol. Total acidity: 6.6 g/L pH: 3.4 Reducing sugars: 0.6 g/L

👃 Organoleptic Test:
Golden hue with greenish notes. Nose of ripe fruit, enveloped in complexity and balance. Citrus, plum, minerals and a light smokiness. On the palate it is textured, fine, with firm acidity and minerality making it long and persistent. Serve between 12ºC and 14ºC.
