🌱 Grapes: Arinto (40%) Viosinho (40%) Moscatel Galego Branco (20%)

🛠️ Winemaking: Vinification of grape varieties separately. Total destemming, whole-grape pressing, cold settling (10ºC) and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging on fine lees for greater complexity in stainless steel tanks with periodic batonnage for 6 months. Final aging in bottle for 3 months.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
A citrus-colored wine with greenish hues and a bright appearance. Aromas of citrus fruits and floral notes, typical of the Moscatel Galego grape. On the palate, it shows body and freshness, with an excellent balance. It finishes harmoniously and exuberantly.
