Description

Casa das Hortas wine is crafted with a focus on freshness, balance, and expression of the region.

🍇 Region: Vinho Verde White Controlled Designation of Origin - DOC

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Lídia Silva

🌱 Grape varieties: 100% Arinto. Soil: Sandstone and granite matrix.

🛠️ Winemaking: Gentle pressing of whole grapes with light maceration, cold settling (10ºC) and fermentation at a controlled low temperature of 12-14ºC. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with periodic battonage for 3 months. Bottling after stabilization. Additional 3 months of aging in the bottle.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
Bright citrus color, with aromas of stone fruit and some tropical notes, clean and intense. On the palate it is structured, elegant and with crisp acidity. Persistent finish. Serve well chilled (10-12ºC).
