🌱 Grape varieties: 100% Alvarinho Soil: Sandstone and granite matrix

🛠️ Winemaking: Gentle pressing of whole grapes with light maceration, cold settling (10ºC) and fermentation at a controlled low temperature of 12-14ºC. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with periodic battonage for 3 months. Bottling after stabilization. Additional 3 months of aging in the bottle.
