Casa das Hortas wine is crafted with a focus on freshness, balance, and expression of the region.

🍇 Region: Vinho Verde White Controlled Designation of Origin - DOC

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Lídia Silva

🌱 Grape varieties: Avesso (100%) Soil: Sandstone and granite matrix

🛠️ Winemaking: Gentle pressing of whole grapes with light maceration, cold settling (10ºC) and fermentation at a controlled low temperature (12-14ºC). Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with periodic batonnage for 3 months. Additional aging in bottle for 2 months.
